The
Pakistan Institute of International Affairs (PIIA), established in August
1947, is a non-official, non-partisan and non-profit making organization.
Its aim is to encourage and facilitate the understanding of international
affairs and to promote the scientific study of international issues. It
arranges lectures and discussions on matters of current interest and maintains
a specialized library on international affairs. The Institute’s
research output is published in the form of books, monographs and the
quarterly journal Pakistan Horizon. The Institute does not express opinion
on any aspect of international affairs, on the affairs of Pakistan, or
of any other country. The Institute does not conduct any classes. |
